DURASOL 1000-A

(Printable PDF File)

DURASOL 1000-A is a concentrated heavy-duty emulsifiable oil for moderate to difficult machining and grinding applications.  This product obtains extreme pressure lubricity

without using sulfurized fats.  This makes DURASOL 1000-A an excellent choice for use on steels with moderate machinability ratings, aluminum, copper alloys, and aerospace

alloys.

DURASOL 1000-A provides excellent cooling properties, superior finishes, increased tool life and complete rust protection for machine and parts in-process due to its non-nitrite

rust inhibitor package.  The stable white emulsion is non-foaming, silicon & chlorine free, and easy to mix in both soft and hard water.  The effective biostatic system formulated into

this product makes DURASOL 1000-A a great choice for both central systems or individual machine sumps.

DURASOL 1000-A has met the criterion concerning corrosive characteristics of metalworking fluids on various metals set forth by the major D.O.D. contractors.
